If there is absolutely anything that you would like to let us know that you weren’t entirely satisfied with, please use the Contact section of our website so that we can do our best to improve your experience and resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we love – we are extremely grateful for your support. Every item and order is hand-packed and checked before dispatch so we will always do our best to ensure that you can buy with confidence and be assured that we are striving to ensure the best experience for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns/Refunds on Pre-Order items or Final Sale/Flash Sale orders.

No Refunds on change of mind purchases – only Store Credit.

We will only assist with returns/exchanges, including faulty items, that are within 10 days of receipt to you. Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it.

Please note that different policy terms apply to orders that are completed with Afterpay, Fable & Ford will issue store credit for Afterpay returns within 10 days of receipt and your payment schedule will need to be completed with Afterpay – refunds are not possible. Returned items must contain tags and not be worn as per the conditions for normal returns (see below).

For any purchases with credit/debit card, we accept returns on all items within 10 days of receipt that contain the original tags and packaging (if applicable) and have not been worn or damaged. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your order or item(s), please contact us to let us know the issues that you have experienced so that we can do our best to advise you accordingly and to make sure that you are 100% happy with the resolution. If you love your item but would like to exchange colors or sizes, please also contact us to discuss stock availability. As soon as returned items are received, we will refund you. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to show in your account.

Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide and are offering FREE standard delivery on all orders over $150. We only ship with Australia Post tracked services to ensure you can follow the progress of your parcel from the moment we dispatch.

Please ensure that you understand the following policy regarding shipping for all parcels – Standard & Express shipping with Australia Post enables Authority to Leave if you are not home. Fable & Ford are not liable for any items posted with ATL, if you wish to ensure that your postage is covered by insurance – please contact us prior to purchasing to purchase the additional signature required option for either your Standard or Express shipping choice.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is deemed missing or lost in transit by Australia Post, the receiver or sender can open an investigation into the parcel and a compensation claim of up to $50 or $100 can be rewarded depending on the assessment of the individual case – if the compensation is submitted to the Sender (Fable & Ford), we will refund you the entire compensation amount granted.

Fable & Ford are not liable for the entire order amount if over the compensation claim maximum unless extra cover is purchased, please contact us should you wish to ensure that extra cover is purchased for your parcel in which case the entire order amount will be refunded to you immediately.

You are able to select Standard (4-5 business days) or Express shipping (2-3 business days) at check-out for any orders under $150. We also offer shipping to several International countries & if your country is not on our list, please contact us to request a shipping quote. We also provide courier quotes with FedEx & TNT to Australian & International customers.

Please note that COVID is affecting delivery timeframes, unfortunately this is entirely out of control.


When purchasing from a pre-order link with Fable & Ford, upon purchase and agreeing to the terms and conditions at check-out, you are acknowledging that we have informed you that these items are not immediately available for dispatch and that these items will have an approximate wait period for delivery. We do promise to advise a more definitive time frame once the pre-order link closes and we will always be available for you to check the progress of your order should you require further information. Our team will endeavour to keep you updated throughout the wait. Please ensure that you understand that NO pre-order items are able to be returned as we are specifically ordering this item for you. Please also note that as of May 2020, COVID has caused global transit delays that may affect the time frame provided to you, this is entirely out of our control and we are always doing everything possible to navigate these freight delays, but if any delay beyond the approximate time frame provided would be inconvenient to you personally, we would encourage you to not place a Pre-Order.


As of 1st January 2020, Fable & Ford is registered for GST (Goods & Services Tax) and as required by law, charges 10% GST on goods sold within Australia only. All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST and as of 1st January 2020, GST received on sales is used for the sole purpose of payment to ATO. Website check-out displaying (inc. GST) is relevant to Australian customers ONLY.

Any Order Confirmations to overseas customers displaying GST are void & not relevant.

Please note that when using Afterpay, payment is arranged exclusively between yourself and Afterpay.

First time Afterpay customers are expected to make the first payment at the time of purchase and the remainder will be debited over the next 6 weeks.

Existing Afterpay customers will make the first payment after 14 days, with all instalments stretching over 8 weeks in total. Afterpay is responsible with providing you the full payment schedule as you complete the purchase (please note late fees do apply if you fail to make payment on time).

If you do make a return, Fable & Ford will issue store credit and you are still expected to complete your payments with Afterpay.

cancelled orders

ANY order received from a company email or an identifiable competitor email will be immediately cancelled and refunded. Fable & Ford reserve the right to provide no explanation and will deem these orders non-personal.
