We ship Australia wide and are offering FREE standard delivery on all orders over $99. We ship only with tracked services to ensure you can follow the progress of your parcel from the moment we dispatch. Please note however that the delivery of standard shipping enables ATL (Authority to Leave) if you are not home and/or your item may be taken to a local hub for collection. Fable & Ford do not accept responsibility for any items with ATL shipping – should you wish to ensure that a signature is required, please select Express Shipping as an option. You are able to select Standard (3-5 business days) or Express shipping (1-2 business days) at check-out for any orders under $99. We also offer shipping to New Zealand for $15.00 which is a standard 5 day Australia Post service including tracking notifications. Other countries with postage available at the checkout page include the U.K., U.S.A & South Korea. Return or Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return your item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we do NOT accept returns on Swaddles or Freya Lillie items.

Please note that different policy terms apply to orders that are completed with Afterpay, Fable & Ford will issue store credit for Afterpay returns within 14 days of receipt and your payment schedule will need to be completed with Afterpay – refunds are not possible. Returned items must contain tags and not be worn as per the conditions for normal returns (see below).

For any purchases with credit/debit card, we accept returns on all items within 14 days of receipt that contain the original tags and packaging and have not been worn or damaged. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your order or item(s), please contact us to let us know the issues that you have experienced so that we can do our best to advise you accordingly and to make sure that you are 100% happy with the resolution. If you love your item but would like to exchange colors or sizes, please also contact us to discuss stock availability. As soon as returned items are received, we will refund you. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to show in your account.
